Sowparnika Enterprises is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

• Returns are accepted only for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. 
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. 
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 

• Opened or used products. 
• Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer. 
• Customized or special-order products. 

1. Contact our customer support team with your order details. 
2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. 
3. Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided. 

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product. 
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

• If the product is found to be defective or damaged during transit, a replacement may be provided subject to product availability. 

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment. 
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
