CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sowparnika Enterprises, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

• Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and shipped. 
• Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. 

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. 
• Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance where applicable. 

• If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded. 
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

• Customized, special-order, or bulk purchase items may not be eligible for cancellation once order processing has begun. 
• Orders placed during promotional campaigns may be subject to special cancellation conditions.
